El objetivo del presente documento es presentar el estado actual de la rehabilitación de la marcha con la nueva tecnología que permite trabajar de forma repetitiva y orientada a la función. El soporte de la evidencia más relevante y las recientes publicaciones  junto a la experiencia en el uso de los sistemas robotizados (incluimos en este término todos los sistemas electromecánicos) para el entrenamiento de la marcha nos ayudarán a definir las recomendaciones finales.
